Ordering and Delivery

Orders can be placed in-store, through the Costa app, or via approved third-party delivery services. Order acceptance is subject to confirmation by Costa. Delivery services may have additional terms and conditions. Costa is not responsible for delays, incorrect orders, or damages caused by third-party services.

Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a menu item, please notify Costa staff immediately. Refunds or replacements are provided at Costa’s discretion and may require proof of purchase. Costa is not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from a customer’s failure to provide accurate order details or preferences.

Promotional offers listed on the Costa menu are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions. Costa reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability
